How long does shipping take?
For ground shipments to Europe, as long as the item is marked and confirmed as available and in stock, orders typically take 3 to 10 days to reach their destination from the moment the payment for the order is received.

Did you receive a damaged or resealed box from the carrier?
Unfortunately, incidents can happen during shipping. If you received the package with damage or resealed with adhesive tape, it's important that you take the following steps:

  • Inform the carrier that the package is being delivered with damage and ensure that this is reported to the transport agency.
  • Take pictures of the incident.
  • Open a support ticket and send us the pictures of the incident.

It's important to avoid making modifications, assembling, or using the bicycle if it has suffered damage during transport.

What is the shipping cost?

Voluntary returns
